I listen to it every night. Really helps when you have trouble sleeping. I also love "deep sleep" and "stress free" (this one really works for me). This app is well worth 3$!
This has been what ive been searching for a sense if relaxation a sense of feeling normal and giving me inspiration that this can be beat slot easier then many think its all about breathing
Andrews calm voice and nonjudgmental advice is extremely helpful. I have the stress relief app as well, and that is a great addition to this one. Its definitely money well spent. Panic is a difficult thing to deal with, but he makes it something that can be overcome. thank you for such a great product.

Ive been using this App for a few days, and am finding it helpful for my anxiety already.
I would prefer, though, to be able to adjust the session length.
Also, I find I cant use the Awaken feature (even delayed), as it has a harshness that re-triggers my anxiety. A more gentle awaken option would be nice on future updates or new Apps.
Some bad moments
This app is Very effective! I was able to melt in to a relaxed state after feeling anxious and what was bothering me didnt seem important any more. I own most of your other apps so your induction works quickly on me. Thank you for another amazing app!
Try going into the settings and disabling the Introduction. Mine was crashing right after that. I heard most of it last night; fell asleep, :) This still gets 5 stars from me despite the crashing -- I know the intro. We asked for this one, and Andrew doth provide. He and the Pzizz guy have THE most gorgeous voices on earth.
I downloaded this with the hopes of trying it out tonight, but it crashes with a few opening bars of relaxation music. I tried disabling the instructions as another reviewer suggested, but that didnt work either. I hope they fix this app, because I would like to try it. And if they dont we should get our money back.
Dear Andrew your work is amazing! This app is the best one yet, really mind blowing, one part takes you to a whole new deminision like your actually there!!!!! ( river part). Ive upgraded to 4.2 OS. It works but there is a 45 second pause between the induction and the program. Also is there only a long induction? There is no choice for long or short. Maybe the upgrade will fix this.
Very upset...I own most of the other apps out by Andrew Johnson and they are all amazing... But this one closes as soon as it opens....please fix or give me my money back
