I have listened to this guided relaxation a dozen or so times, usually when feeling great stress, and have yet to hear it to the end. I always seem to be guided into clearing my mind and fall into a deep sleep.
I have several of Andrew Johnsons apps because I find his voice very soothing. This app has become my favorite because of the different style he uses. Instead of a guided relaxation, telling you what to do, he makes gentle suggestions, reinforcing your power to choose and not weighing you down with demands.
