Andrew said to do this meditation for a minimum of three weeks. I did that and did the meditation on the plane as i sat after boarding. It was the first time i didnt panic in ten years. Xanax didnt work for me before but this meditation did. Try it, you have nothing to lose, and if it works for you, you have all to gain. Also, i get freaked out about hypnosis. This does not hypnotize you where you lose control, its just very relaxing.
